C1 Lesson Preparation for Friday 18th Oct.

Below you will find three links that  cover the migrant deaths off Lampedusa. Two  are videos and one is a long article. Watch  the first video and take notes. The second video is very short and has been chosen to underline how to  translate one word in particular. Can  you guess which  word it is?
Read the article twice and underline the words/set phrases you do not know. We'll be looking at  the passage in more detail in class.
